FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Still wondering? Browse these, then reach out—I’m happy to answer anything else on a call.

Do I need to be racing to work with you?
No—many athletes work with me for performance goals beyond race day.
Can beginners apply?
Yes. First-time racers and newer runners are welcome.
What if I’m coming back from injury?
Returning safely and sustainably is a core part of my coaching approach. I care about longevity over quick results that may leave you sidelined. If you join as one of my athletes with 1:1 monthly coaching, I will provide access to an 8-week injury prevention strength training program created by a board certified sports physical therapist that intentionally targets preventing common running injuries.
Is fueling guidance included?
I am not a registered dietitian or nutritionist. I can provide very basic fueling guidance and general fueling recommendations, but not individualized, professional support.
Is strength training included?
I am not a certified strength and conditioning coach; however, I have a working partnership with a board certified physical therapist and injury prevention specialist who has developed a strength program focused on preventing common running injuries. When you sign up for 1:1 monthly coaching with me, I will cover the cost of that program for you to access.
Train with intention.
You don’t need a perfect training history—just a willingness to train with intention.
